OFF-SEASON ACADEMY offers athletes a unique opportunity to be educated on the specifics of their position.

We are passionate about educating technique so that attendees (and their coaches) can enter the season one-step ahead of the competition.

Our goal is to give players the confidence they need to achieve their on-field goals while being a resource throughout their playing career.

We have dedicated coaching specialists who are excited to watch athletes grow and succeed!

Meet OUR COACHES

Owner, Coaching Specialist

ryan ogrizovich

Coach "Griz" has been involved with football most of his life both playing and coaching. Griz played football at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he earned All-America and West Region Defensive Player of the Year honors while also setting the single season sack record for the school. He went on to spend time coaching at the collegiate and high school levels helping athletes earn All-Conference and Player of the Year accolades.

Operations Manager, Coaching Specialist

Coach "Cush" has been sharing his passion for coaching ever since he finished a decorated high school football career where he earned All-Region, All-Conference for both Offensive and Defensive Line (as a Junior and Senior) and being named Conference Defensive Lineman of the Year. His efforts on the field earned him an invitation to play football at the University of Michigan. Cush's love and understanding of the game has helped both coaches and players achieve their on-field goals.

Lineman Specialist

Zach junck

Coach Zach has been coaching with OFF-SEASON ACADEMY since the beginning. Zach was an outstanding football player with an incredible work ethic. He earned All-Conference honors (both Junior and Senior years) and he is bringing this same work ethic to coaching where he is a natural and is excited to help athletes be the best they can be.

Defensive Backs and Wide Receivers Specialist

miles steinhoff

Coach Miles has been with OFF-SEASON ACADEMY since 2022. Miles was a standout multi-sport athlete in high school earning All-Conference honors in both Football and Baseball. Miles is a perfectionist and loves to see his athletes achieve success through hard work and dedication. When he's not coaching football he will be found in the wrestling gym where he is Assistant Varsity Head Coach. Miles loves sports and is a natural when it comes to working with athletes.

Linebacker and Running Backs Specialist

Brady Gassman

Coach "Gass" joined OFF-SEASON ACADEMY in 2024. Brady was an exceptional multi-sport athlete earning All-Conference honors in football (both Junior and Senior years) and baseball. On the football field Brady was utilized in multiple positions including Linebacker, Running Back and Tight End. He brings a great energy to his coaching career and is excited to work with athletes at all levels.

Quarterbacks Specialist

Alec Ogden

Coach Alec joined OFF-SEASON ACADEMY in 2024. Coach Alec was an exception high school quarterback setting records and earning All-State honors as a Senior. He went on to play collegiate football at all three levels (D1, D2, and D3) finishing his career as the starting Quarterback for the UW-Whitewater Warhawks where he was named team MVP while helping UWW to an 11-2 record and quarterfinal appearance in the national playoffs. He will be able to share his knowledge with athletes ready to take their game to the next level.
